- To fulfil phone, online and email orders.
- To contact you regarding any order placed with the T.S. Bookshop.
- To forward information and notifications of events, newsletters and products as agreed by you through subscription.
We use eWAY to process our online orders. Operating since 1998, eWAY is a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant service provider. It is an authorised third party processor for Australia’s major banks. EWAY does not share your financial details with the T.S. Bookshop. Refunds or exchanges for online purchases are identical to the Refunds terms below.
We endeavour to provide as much information as possible in order to make your online choice an informed one. Where possible, we provide product information from the publishers and manufacturers to assist you in making an informed choice.
We use Australia Post for deliveries locally and internationally. Please refer to its General Terms and Conditions.
On registering your parcel with Australia Post, T.S. Bookshop will forward your tracking number to the email address provided by you.
Refunds are provided within 14 days of the date of purchase if an item is faulty or has been incorrectly supplied. We require the item to be returned in its original condition. Proof of purchase must be provided.
We do not exchange or credit for reasons of change of mind.
